Personal Training
What are Passive and Static tests?
I will explain everything you require in terms that you understand, I won’t blind you with terminology, anatomy & physiology, stretching methods etc. Listed below are details of different tests:
Passive Assessments
Anthropometrics
- Height
- Weight
- BMI index
- Fat percentage
Heart & Lung Function
- Resting heart rate
- Resting blood pressure
- Ventilatory capacity
Active Assessments
- Cardiovascular fitness
- Flexibility
- Muscular strength
- Muscular endurance
The next step is to book some appointments for your sessions, these sessions will provide motivation, encouragement and ensure that proper techniques are being used, adjusting programmes, re-assessments etc.
I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to you booking your sessions, so you have available single, six or twelve session blocks. Obviously the more sessions you book in a week the greater results you will achieve, and obtain the maximum benefit from your training sessions.
