I have been privately training clients since 2000. The reason I moved into this field is because I am passionate about improving the quality of people’s lives through exercise and nutrition.
My personal training sessions are available to everyone regardless of shape, size, gender or age.
I have a large client base and many of my clients have been with me for years. Through listening to my clients wants and needs I design personal training sessions that are fun, get the results they want and offer new challenges to avoid boredom and training plateau.
