Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy, this will put them into the shopping basket. To remove items or change quantities click the "view basket" button on the left navigation bar. After you have finished your selection, click the "Checkout" button and you will be directed to PayPal where you can pay using your PayPal account if you have one, or with a credit or debit card

Shipping And Handling

48 Hr delivery £5.90. FREE Delivery on orders over £100.00

All orders placed before 12pm have guaranteed 48 Hour delivery. Excluding Orders placed on a Friday which will arrive on the following Monday.

All parcels will require a signature on delivery, please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to do this.

Each parcel is tracked from departure, right to your door. If you have any queries however please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Back Orders

If an item is not in stock we will e-mail you and await your instructions rather than automatically back ordering. Please note that we do not debit your card, if this is your method of payment, until goods are ready for despatch.

Right of Cancellation

Please note that you have a statutory right to cancel this contract within 7 days of delivery by emailing us. Goods must be returned at your expense and appropriately packaged.

Complaints Procedure

All complaints are dealt with equally and fairly. We aim to respond to all complaints within 28 days. Any customer details passed to us are kept confidential and you will be kept informed of the complaint process. Any claim for non-delivery or damaged goods must be made within 14 days of our despatch.
