Current News

Happy New Year to everyone, we have a busy year coming up with some students hopefully going for their Black Stripe’s this year, that one step closer to Black!! Hope you are all ready to dedicate your time once again to your training.

A Quote to Bear in Mind

“A good martial artist does not become tense-but ready. Not thinking, yet not dreaming. Ready for whatever may come” B. Lee

Changes for 2008

Students who are blue belt and above are now required to attend two Sunday training sessions within a 3 month term period to make them eligible to grade. This has been introduced because the physical requirement is high for senior gradings and these sessions will promote greater fitness, helping you to prepare for the future black belt grading, plus they are great fun, motivating, and good for club/team building.

These sessions compliment your existing training. They will increase your cardio ability and improve your strength speed and flexibility. For those of you looking to improve your kickboxing skills these classes are a must.

If you are looking to improve your cardiovascular ability you will find the Sunday class a major challenge. Each Session consists of kicking, Punching, Pad work, Abs, Cardio Training, plyometrics and much much more.

Grading

Please note that 22nd March 2008 is the proposed date for the grading.
Students hoping to go for Black Stripe your grading will be held separately as this is a 2-3 hour grading.
Times will be confirmed and posted on this site.

Grading Results

Congratulations to all students who passed the recent grading, the results are posted for you to view.

Grading Dates

Please note that 8th December 2007 all grades will be taking a grading.
Time will be confirmed and posted on this site.

Enjoy the new term and keep working hard to achieve your goals.
