What is Korean Kickboxing?
KKB is short for Korean Kickboxing. Korean Kickboxing is a style of martial art that I created and it draws from my experience over the years, and techniques mainly used within Boxing and Taekwondo.

Korean Kickboxing is suitable for any age/gender from 5 years + and will improve your fitness, flexibility and most of all your confidence.
From the start you will begin to develop a range of skills and capabilities with the opportunity to realise self-achievement.
Korean Kickboxing uses the punches, strikes, blocks and kicks of Taekwondo and the techniques within boxing, therefore creating a unique and varied syllabus which incorporates elements of self defence.
The Class
I hold a small class policy ranging from 15-20 members per class maximum. I believe in quality not quantity, so all students will get the maximum benefit out of each class they attend.
Everyone has different goals, some want to get fit, learn self protection or compete on the tournament circuit, what ever your goal may be, the Korean Kickboxing classes are an ideal solution to fulfill your needs.
It is all about fitness, fun, self-defence and the development of a positive attitude.
The average lessons consist of warm-up, stretching, cardiovascular workouts, learning correct application of techniques, pad work and much more.
